well ppl.. i have finally hit tht point to where i am sick of my body...!
I hate the way its been lookin so......
I have gotta get back on a diet and lose the weight.. i fixin to start my period and i feel like CRAP!!

Yeah, so, umm i think i gona stick to the 500 calorie or less a day diet..
And drink tonnnnnssss of water!!!
I think that should do it and i kinda like that i fixin to start cuz for bout two weeks i dont eat hardly at all cuz food makes me sick..
bcuz of the smell sometime and also just the fact tht i bloat bad makes me sick!
Please help me figure out some other good diets to do..
